"So my IT project was a little outside the scope of what people would consider IT. I wanted to build a golf simulator in my garage but was having issues finding the right equipment to fit my space. I contacted Simple Support and they were more than happy to help. After a brief rundown of what I was looking to do they were off to do the research. Within 24 hours I had an email with everything I needed to move forward. I got a list of projectors, computers, and launch monitors with the pros and cons of each. Along with measurements for proper mounting location for my screen size. I ordered an enclosure kit from Carl's, picked from my list of recommendations, and the rest was assembly. Glad I took the chance and reached out, thanks again! 5 stars!"

We started using Simple Support when we moved to our new office in Rochester. Our systems were setup with a previous provider and we were nervous to get everything moved over. Tony however wasn't, and did a wonderful job of helping us get all of our technology setup and functioning correctly before the next workday. Him and his associate Frank came in on the Saturday after we moved to hook everything up and test that everything was working properly for work on Monday. When I tell you it was seamless, it's like we didn't even move buildings. And any changes we wanted to make for our new space they were more than accommodating on helping us do. I would recommend Simple Support to any business that is sick of the bare minimum effort other IT companies give.
