Meet The Owner
Tony Crimando II grew up in a family of seven, one of five kids, in a household where hard work, honesty, and humility were core values. His father, a construction professional, instilled the mantra "Where there’s a will, there’s a way," while his mother’s words of wisdom—"Always stay humble and kind"—shaped Tony’s approach to life and business.
With a natural curiosity for technology, Tony pursued an education in computer science and cybersecurity. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience in the IT world, starting in retail PC repair and progressing through roles in help desk support, deskside support, and system administration. Eventually, Tony found himself managing IT departments, refining his skills across a broad spectrum of technical challenges.
The seeds for Simple Support were planted during Tony’s time helping his father’s construction company. Whenever a new piece of technology or software emerged, his father would turn to Tony to act as a translator for the confusing and expensive IT solutions they were presented with. "Just keep it simple," his father would say. This idea of making technology accessible and understandable became the foundation of Simple Support.
Today, Tony’s mission is to bring that same simplicity and clarity to businesses everywhere.
